Nicole Campbell, M.L.S.
Research and Development

Nicole Campbell is a Reference Librarian and library faculty member at WSU
Vancouver. In addition to providing reference and instructional services,
she also serves as the library's webmaster and coordinator of electronic
resources. Nicole's research interests include assessing the usability of
web-based resources to help ensure that these resources are both useful
and usable. Her research has included numerous focus group session and
usability studies.
